Feeling competitive?As a cadet you can take part in seven main sports at different levels - athletics, cross country, football, rugby, hockey, netball
and swimming
. Whatever you do it'll help improve your physical fitness levels and your team skills. If you're good enough at a sport we'll notice, and can help you take it to the next level. |
It's not all hard work though.Sports make a regular appearance in the sqn training programme, ranging from football and basketball to military circuit training. Every year 222 (Broadlands) Sqn hold the "6 Squadrons" tournament, pitting ourselves against 5 other squadrons from the Wing in Football, Volleyball and Softball. The tournament also includes a BBQ and presentations of trophies and medals. |
